1-6-16

Another good day.  I wanted to quick post what I had to eat yesterday.  This morning the scale was up.  I am going to guess it was the soup.  We have to remember that weight will fluctuate.
I ran out of salad so I had to pick something else for lunch. 
I had this in the morning.  I added 1/2 a pint of blueberries.


I had to add the back of the shake because it is more than a protein drink. 

This has 2 servings in the can.  I ate them both
Yes I eat bananas
I was at zumba tonight

This whole bag was 200 calories.
This is what it looked like when I added left over pork.
