Pictures

I don't know why this didn't upload but I tried it twice. It looks really good because of the color. Color is a key.
This is ice cream and this is tough. This should be on the bottom. The key is to put it into a controlible size bowl. The other trick is 1. 1 serving
This is just bagged lettuce, mushrooms and cheese, oh and tomatoes with 2T of a OV type of dressing. I like Neumans light.

Peanut butter is not just for apples and pears.
Squash is great and doesn't need brown sugar and butter. I am a cheese freak so I put it on my squash and call it a meal. This would be a lunch afterr having oats and fruit for breakfast. I would have a banana and peanutbutter for an afternoon snack. For dinner I would do a big salad. Remember I love salads. I would put chicken on the salad. I like to get the chickens out of the deli and I put it with a potato and veggies for my husband, on a flour tortilla with veggies for my daughter and on salad for me with salad. Cut up a couple of apples or pears to go with this meal.
Lunch meat can be great on salad or a sandwich but get one with a grain. Buy less of a higher quality. When making a sandwich make them simple and add veggies. tomatoes, lettuce, onion, cucumbers. Pretty soon you will make a sandwich starting with the veggies and adding a little meat or cheese. I'm not saying to go vegaterian but up those veggies. Put on some sprouts and pickles. Becareful of mayos. Use your tomatoes, pickles and onions to add flavor. Mayo is very high in calories limit it to 1T.
This would be a after dinner or when you just need something sweet. yes that is whip cream. Get the real whip cream because the fat in the cream slow the break down of the sugar. Do not use coolwhip because-read your labels. coolwhip can have no fat but then it is all sugar. High flutose corn syrup. Red those labels. You could add some chopped nuts on top of this but the rules are that when you eat nuts get them from the baking aslie.
I make enough oatmeal for the week and then just heat it up in the morning. The pineapple adds sweetness. You will grow to love not getting those sugar highs and then lows.
I keep a jar of peanut butter on my desk for this fast snack. The PB or nut butter is a great pick me up with out a ton of calories.
Meatballs are not just for spaghetti. I either ate these and just enjoyed them or put them on salad.
I do love salads. Salsa makes a great dressing. You can stir 1T of ranch dressing in with 1/4 cup of salsa for a southwestern dressing.
This had to be a breakfast or a pre workout.
There's that banana with some PB for a great snack.

When I try to think of what I want to eat I am lost most of the time. I would love to say I love to cook but I don't. I love to eat and I cook to eat. I am going to upload some of the things I would eat during the day. I was trying to take pictures of everything I ate as a picture diet. Every day starts with a glass of water. I am also a coffee drinker so I have to have a glass of water for every cup of coffee I drink. My husband got me hooked on the lowfat chocolate milk in hte coffee thing. When you put cream in your coffee you have to think each one of those little cups are 45 calories so if you put 1/2 of a cup in and save the other half.
This would be a lunch or maybe a dinner.
