Lets do some cooking.

I went to my sister's house to do a youtube about cooking something good.  I was going to make stuffed cabbage rolls.  The plan got changed because when I called her from the store she stated, I forgot you were going to do that.  OK no problem!  We don't need these kind of small changes to cause us stress.  I asked her a couple of questions and then applied the 27 concepts.  The biggest question is always what do we have to start with and how do we add health to our base.

What did she have and planned?  She picked up this pack of chicken thighs from costco.  OK main item got and checked off.  Next little gold potatoes and some seasoning.  What is missing??  Greens and veggies.  Our first question is What's on sale.  Asparagus $1.98 a pound, baby carrots, and pineapple $1.99 each, strawberries $2.49 a pack.  I had some Balsamic vinegar I picked up last week so I grabbed a container of mixed greens and little tomatoes.  I did put a little balsamic on the
asparagus on my plate.

I also wanted to make meatballs that I learned form Able James and the wild man diet.

We were celebrating a  birthday last night, did I have to have a cup cake?  I haven't eaten  sugar in so long that I din't want the side effects to show up in the morning.  Remember I get those headaches from sugar.  How many times do we feel deprived and say we have been good so we deserve sugar.  Lets rephrase that to I have been good and enjoying life so I deserve a headache.  What??? Wait!!!  I deserve a headache???  We know this because we have looked at this before and on that 1-10 scale we remember that ye will get a headache because it has happened the last 10 times it happened.  So you look at the score board of 0-10, what is the chances that eating sugar will make me fill good?

Please watch, like, share and subscribe to my channel if you would like to see more cooking with Cheryl.  Have a great day and don't over look the fun things you do have in your everyday life.

This one talks about motivation.  Sometimes it just needs to be looked at from a different angle.

Habits

I did have to watch them both and I think I did a pretty good job.
