Turbo Fire Day 3

Breakfast Banana and peanut butter Coffee w/ chocolate milk
Lunch Salad w/ cheese and salsa
Dinner Salad greens, deli roasted chicken also watermelon and reddi whip
Total Calories 1047 a little low
I had to go back and change this # because I think someone entered a wrong calorie count on sparks. Wish full thinking that 1/4 cup of cheese is 70 calories.

How is it doing? I did get my TV fixed today. So it is back to the fre starter in the morning. Today was a day of rest.

Thoughts of the day. I was really busy today getting things done. I will be working out in the morning. While the Geek guy was here today I swept the floor, got rid of the cobwebs.
I am tired.
