21 day fix from beachbody

I am testing this out.  I had Tracy contact me to see if she could place a link on my blog.  She felt I had some real solid information and if I needed some help, she would be there for me.  It is now 6+ months later and I will follow the concept that if it's not working change it. I will keep you posted.  So far I have signed up, the total cost $147.14.

Someone asked about shakes and my answer is;
I will keep you posted but no.  I am going to test this out.  I am not a shake person.  99% of the time I would say shakes are a waste of calories.   I am keeping an open mind because one of the concepts is - if it's not working change it.
